Present Goals
CASHscholarships.com has a number of divisions that are responsible for our main mission:
Providing College Scholarships And Internships.
70% of CASHscholarships.com goes to applicants with challenges defined by the Americans With Disabilities Act,
Students Of Caribbean Heritage and the remaining 30% are general scholarship seekers.
Goal 1: Provide each of the ten recipients with scholarships equaling $5,000.00
Goal 2: Attain twenty-five sponsors to contribute $2,500.00 annually.
Goal 3: Partner with fifty organizations that provide internships for awardees, applicants, and volunteers.
Goal 4: Have 5 – 10 volunteers committed to all events able to assist a minimum four-hour shift.

Legal And Compliance
Ensures corporate compliance within operating procedures. Addresses any legal issues that arise, reviews corporate policies and advises the executives and employees on changes to the laws affecting the company.
Legal and Compliance Officer Responsibilities:
• Reviewing relevant laws and regulations and developing strategies to ensure compliance.
• Drafting legal documents, such as contracts and corporate policies.
• Providing legal advice to the company’s departments.
• Representing the company in court and other legal proceedings. • Monitoring changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Investigating potential legal issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all company documents are properly filed and stored.
• Coordinating with external legal consultants and other stakeholders.
• Developing and delivering training on legal topics.
• Keeping up to date with legal developments and industry best practices.
